🗂️

Steps

1

Visit your current city / ward office before moving or within 14 days of your move date

2

Pick up a move-out notification form at the counter and fill it in

3

Submit the form with your ID document

4

Receive your Move-Out Certificate (counter / postal applications only) — keep it safe, you will need it for move-in registration

⚠️

Important notes

If you applied at the counter or by post, a Move-Out Certificate will be issued. Do not lose it — you will need it for move-in registration

If you used the My Number Card online move-out service, no Move-Out Certificate is issued (the information is sent electronically to your new city office)

Foreigners must present their Residence Card when completing move-in (or change-of-address) registration within 14 days of moving to the new address. Delays may result in a fine or disadvantage in residence status review
