🗂️

Steps

1

Go to the municipal office within 14 days of moving (Basic Resident Registration Act, art. 23)

2

Pick up a change-of-address form and fill it in

3

Submit your residence card (foreign residents) or other identification. Submitting the residence card with the change-of-address notification counts as the address notification required under the Immigration Act (art. 19-9(3))

4

Your new address will be printed on the back of your Residence Card (foreigners)

⚠️

Important notes

Since you are staying in the same city / ward, no Move-Out Certificate is needed

Unlike moving to a different city, this is completed in a single visit

If you are on National Health Insurance, your eligibility continues because you are staying in the same municipality. Bring your qualification certificate or eligibility notice so the address can be updated
